The apartments feature modern furnishings, magnetic access cards and are equipped with every comfort. They are suitable for a maximum of three people staying for a minimum of 15 nights. Discounted rates apply for stays longer than 15 nights.
The apartments comprise:

- living area with sofa bed,
- eating and working areas,
- a kitchenette and a large bathroom with bath or shower.

The building is connected to the main hotel and has two lifts as well as access for people of reduced mobility. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a communal area on the first floor of the residence.
Small pets are permitted, subject to prior authorisation by the management. A monthly supplement will be applied.
