The studio flats feature modern furnishings, magnetic access cards and are equipped with every comfort. They are suitable for a maximum of two people staying for a minimum of 15 nights. Discounted rates apply for stays longer than 15 nights.

The building is connected to the main hotel and has two lifts as well as access for people of reduced mobility.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a communal area on the first floor of the residence. Small pets are permitted, subject to prior authorisation by the management. A monthly supplement will be applied.
